Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Release a bracket of fastening of the handle of a window regulator and remove the handle. The bracket is released if to insert a pure fabric between the handle and an upholstery of a door and, stretching a fabric opposite to the bracket ends, hook on a bracket and release it. Thus it is necessary to pull the handle on itself that she after release of a bracket acted in film with шлицов a window regulator shaft.
	2. Turn out the screw of fastening of the internal handle, then press the handle in the direction of loops of a door and remove it from a door upholstery.
	3. Remove an internal cover and an external rear-view mirror.
	4. Turn out screws of fastening of an upholstery of a door.
	5. Insert a stripper of an upholstery of a door between an upholstery of a door and a door and release percussion caps. Disconnect electric sockets.
	6. Remove an upholstery of a door and lower glass.
	7. Turn out three screws and remove the loudspeaker from a forward door.
	8. Remove a windowpane.
	9. Remove an external vlagozashchitny strip from a door.
	10. Turn out screws and remove a window regulator.
	11. Remove directing door glasses.
	12. Remove draft and the lock activator from the external handle of a door.
13. Remove a door latch, the modulator and the external handle of a door.
	14. Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.

Adjustment of provision of a door

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check that the door is closed easily and properly. If the door has люфт, tighten bolts of fastening of hinges of a door.
2. In need of carrying out adjustment of provision of a door of rather adjacent surfaces by the special tool 09793-21000 adjust loops.
	Prevention Attach a protective tape to the sides of a wing located opposite to a loop of a door.

Shock plate of a door

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check that the door is closed easily and properly. If the lock of a door is established on a shock plate hardly, turn out screws of fastening of a shock plate and, moving it in the horizontal and vertical planes, achieve normal closing of a door.
	2. Adjustment of provision of a door of rather adjacent surfaces carry out moving of a shock plate in the vertical plane.

Door glass

PERFORMANCE ORDER

If glass of a door is non-uniformly closed, adjust a corner of installation of glass in the direction from the forward party to a back part.
