Tubes and hoses of system of cooling of the SOHC engine

1–bolt, 10–15 N • m;
2–bypass hose;
3–sealing ring;
4–the union of an exit of cooling liquid;

5–a hose for cooling liquid;
6–a hose of supply of cooling liquid to a heater.

Tubes and hoses of system of cooling of the DOHC engine

1–an entrance pipe of cooling liquid;

2–the union of an exit of cooling liquid.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check tubes and hoses of system of cooling on absence of damages, cracks and swellings.

2. If necessary replace them.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. At hose connection to the union of an exit of cooling liquid previously grease a sealing ring with cooling liquid.

2. Be convinced that the yellow label on the end of an entrance hose of cooling liquid was combined with a yellow label on the union.

Prevention

Do not oil a sealing ring or lubricant.
Before installation of hoses clear unions of dirt, a dust and sand.
Insert a pipe of cooling liquid against the stop into the water pump.
At installation use only a new sealing ring.
