Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery. Merge cooling liquid in the suitable container and disconnect a hose from the union of an exit of cooling liquid from the water pump. |
| 2. Remove poliklinovy a belt and a pulley of the water pump. |
| 3. Remove casings of a gear belt and a roller of a tension of a gear belt. |
| 4. Turn out bolts of fastening of the water pump, then remove a generator support. |
| 5. Remove the water pump from the block of cylinders. |

Check
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Check each detail on lack of cracks, damages or wear and if necessary replace the pump assembled. |
| 2. Turn a shaft of the water pump and check smoothness of rotation in the absence of noise. |
|
3. Check absence of leakages of cooling liquid from the pump. If there is a leak from an opening And, pump consolidation is faulty. If necessary, replace the water pump. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Clear of the remains of laying and an alien material a surface of consolidation of the water pump. |
| 2. Establish on the water pump new laying, establish the pump and fix it bolts. Inhaling moment: 12–15 N • m

| 3. Establish a roller of a tension of a gear belt and adjust a belt tension. |
| 4. Establish casings of a gear belt. |
| 5. Establish a pulley of the water pump and poliklinovy a belt, then adjust a belt tension. |
| 6. Fill in in cooling system necessary amount of demanded cooling liquid. |

7. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery. Start up the engine and check absence of leaks from cooling system.
