8.3. Main cylinder of coupling

1–case;
2–tank cover;
3–tank;
4–bolt, 13–17 N • m;

5–cover;
6–pusher;
7–lock ring of the piston;
8–piston.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a tape of fastening of a popolnitelny tank, a tank and a cover.

2. Remove a lock ring of the piston.

3. Take a pusher and the piston.

Prevention

Do not damage a pusher and a surface of the main cylinder of the coupling, contacting to the piston.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clear the dismantled details in solvent and blow all details and channels the compressed air.
2. Check an internal part of the case of the cylinder on lack of a rust, dot corrosion or development.
3. Check a piston cuff on lack of wear.
4. Check the piston on lack of a rust, dot corrosion or development.
5. Check a tube of a hydraulic drive of coupling on absence of damages.
6. Measure internal diameter of the main cylinder of coupling.
Prevention Measurement of internal diameter of the main cylinder of coupling carry out in three sections (in the basis, the center and top) in two perpendicular directions.
	7. If the gap between the piston and the cylinder exceeds admissible value, replace the main cylinder and / or the piston assembled. Gap: 0,15 mm

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Before assembly grease with liquid for coupling the piston and diameter of boring of the cylinder. Liquid: brake DOT 3 liquid
2. Establish the piston assembled.
3. Establish a lock ring of the piston.
	4. Establish a pusher.
	5. Establish a tape of fastening of a popolnitelny tank, a tank and a cover.
