8.4. Coupling pedal

1–bolt, 8–10 N • m;
2–switch of blocking of the lock of ignition;
3–returnable spring;
4–arm of a pedal of coupling;

5–nut, 19–28 N • m;
6–plug;
7–coupling pedal;
8–overlay of a pedal of coupling.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove шплинт, a washer and a pin with a head and an opening under шплинт.
	2. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a pedal of coupling.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check the lever of a pedal and the plug on lack of wear.
2. Check a coupling pedal on lack of a bend and deformation.
3. Check a returnable spring on absence of damages and elasticity loss.
4. Check a pillow of a pedal of coupling on absence of damages and wear.
	5. Check conductivity between contacts of the switch of blocking of the lock of ignition.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish details in sequence, return to removal.
	2. Before installation grease the plug, a pin, a washer and a pin with a head and an opening under шплинт.
3. Establish a pusher on a coupling pedal.
	4. Adjust length of a pusher.
