Removal

| 1. Disconnect a hydraulic tube of coupling. |
| 2. Turn out bolts of fastening of the working cylinder of coupling. |

Check

| 1. Clear the dismantled details in solvent and blow all details and channels the compressed air. |
| 2. Check the working cylinder of coupling and covers on absence of damages. |
|
Dismantling
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Lift the receiver, a valve plate, a spring, a pusher and a cover. |
| 2. Remove dirt from an open opening for connection of a hydraulic tube. |
| 3. Remove the piston and a sealing ring (cuff), submitting the compressed air through an opening for connection of a hydraulic tube. |

Prevention
Close an opening of the working cylinder pure rags to catch the piston pushed out by compressed air.

Check
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Check the working cylinder of coupling on absence of damages. |
| 2. Check covers on absence of damages. |
3. Measure internal diameter of the main cylinder of coupling. If the gap between the piston and the cylinder exceeds admissible value, replace the main cylinder and / or the piston assembled.
Gap: 0,15 mm |

Prevention
Measurement of internal diameter of the main cylinder of coupling carry out in three sections (in the basis, the center and top) in two perpendicular directions.

| 1. Before assembly grease with liquid for coupling the piston and diameter of boring of the cylinder and establish the piston assembled. Liquid: brake DOT 3 liquid

2. Establish a valve plate, a pusher and a cover. |

Installation
