9.1.6. Removal and transmission installation

 Mechanical transmission

1–bolt, 27–34 N • m;
2–speedometer cable;
3–cover of a case of coupling;
4–bolt, 8–10 N • m;		 5–cable of a choice of transfers;
6–gear shifting cable;
7–starter.

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect, first of all, a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery, then – from positive. Turn out a drain stopper and merge in suitable capacity transmission oil from a transmission.
2. Remove the working cylinder of switching off of coupling.
3. Remove the case of the air filter.
4. Remove the storage battery and a battery support.
5. Remove a choice and gear shifting cable.
6. Disconnect the socket of the switch of light of a backing.
7. Remove a cable of a drive of a speedometer.
8. Disconnect a hydraulic tube of a drive of coupling and close the pipe end a suitable stopper.
9. Remove a casing from the engine and a casing sideways transmissions.
10. Remove forward and back arms.
11. Remove the right forward wheel.
12. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the spherical hinge of a forward rack.
13. Insert mount between the internal CV JOINT of a power shaft and a transmission and easy blow on mount take a power shaft from a transmission.
14. Remove a starter.
15. The special adaptation 09400-29000 support the engine so that the weight of the engine was perceived by the adaptation.
16. Remove the left arm of a transmission.
17. Turn out the top bolts of fastening of a transmission.
18. Uncover a coupling case.
19. Support a transmission a jack.
20. Turn out the bottom bolts of fastening of a transmission.
21. Remove a casing of coupling and a conducted disk of coupling.
22. Remove a flywheel.

Installation

Installation of a transmission is carried out to sequences of return to removal.
