Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn out the union of pumping and merge brake liquid from a hydraulic drive of coupling.
2. Remove шплинт, a washer and a pin with a head and an opening under шплинт.
3. Disconnect a hydraulic tube from the main cylinder of coupling.
	4. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the main cylinder of coupling.
5. Remove clips of the hydraulic line of coupling.
	6. Holding from a provorachivaniye a nut on a hose of a drive of coupling, unscrew a nut on a tube.
7. Remove a clip of fastening of a hose of a drive of coupling and remove a hose from an arm.
	8. Remove the hydraulic line of a drive of coupling.
	9. Disconnect a tube from a coupling hose.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Check a hose and a tube of a hydraulic drive of coupling on lack of cracks and damages.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Connect a coupling tube from a coupling hose.
	2. Temporarily, by hand, tighten nuts of fastening of a hose and a tube of a wire of coupling then tighten them the demanded moment of an inhaling. Inhaling moment: 13–17 N • m
	3. Establish the hydraulic line of a drive of coupling and fix clips.
	4. Establish the main cylinder of coupling.
5. Before installation grease the plug, a pin, a washer and a pin with a head and an opening under шплинт. Greasing: J310a, NLGI No. 2
6. Establish a pusher on a coupling pedal.
7. Fill in liquid in a coupling tank.
	8. Remove air from hydraulic system of a drive of coupling
