Removal

4. Remove the sensor of frequency of rotation from a rotary fist. |

5. Take шплинт and unscrew a nut of fastening of a pin of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering bent for to a rotary fist. A stripper 09568–34000 squeeze out a pin of the spherical hinge from a rotary fist. |

6. Note situation and turn out bolts of fastening of the lower part of a rack of a forward suspension bracket to a rotary fist. |
7. A kapron hammer beat out a power shaft from a nave of a forward wheel. 5. Remove the special tool and a dustproof ring. |

6. The special tool remove an internal ring of the bearing from a nave. |

7. The special tool remove an external ring of the bearing from a rotary fist. |

1. Check a nave on lack of cracks and wear. |
2. Check a brake disk on absence of development and damages. |
3. Check the hinge on lack of cracks. |
4. Check a spring ring on lack of cracks or damages. |

Assembly
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Apply a thin film konsistentny greasing in an opening of a rotary fist and on an external ring of the bearing. |

2. A press with an opravka of the corresponding diameter press the new bearing of a wheel. |
Prevention
Do not make effort of a press an internal ring of the bearing.

3. Establish a dustproof ring. |
4. A press with an opravka of the corresponding diameter press a nave in the wheel bearing. |

Prevention
Do not make effort of a press an external ring of the bearing.
|
5. Establish a brake disk. |
|
6. The special tool tighten a nave to a rotary fist, having tightened an adaptation bolt the moment of 240 N • m. |
7. Several times turn a nave that elements of the bearing were established on the places. |
8. Measure a torque which is necessary for putting for a bearing provorachivaniye. Torque: 1,3 N • m

9. If a torque of 0 N • m, measure axial люфт the nave bearing. |

10. If the torque exceeds demanded value, means, the bearing is incorrectly established in a rotary fist and on a nave. Disassemble a rotary fist and repeatedly bring together him. Axial люфт bearing: 0,08 mm
