11.14. Wheel palpation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car and fix on support.
2. By the indicator of hour type measure wheel palpation.
3. Replace a wheel if palpation of a wheel exceeds maximum permissible value.

Maximum permissible palpation of a wheel:
Radial palpation of a steel disk of a wheel: 0,6 mm
Axial palpation of a steel disk of a wheel: 1,0 mm
Radial palpation of an aluminum disk of a wheel: 0,3 mm
Axial palpation of an aluminum disk of a wheel: 0,3 mm
