Prevention
* nuts which are necessary for tightening the demanded moment only after car installation on wheels Are noted.
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Combine back sitting. |
2. Remove a back cover from a wheel arch. |
|
3. Turn out three top nuts of fastening of a back rack. |
4. Remove a back wheel. |
5. Disconnect from a back rack a brake tube and the sensor of frequency of rotation of a wheel. |
6. Unscrew nuts and get bolts of fastening of a rack to a fixing element of a back axis and get a rack from under a car wing. |
Prevention
Be careful not to damage a rack of a back suspension bracket.
|
|
Dismantling
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. The special adaptation compress a spring of a rack of a back suspension bracket. |
|
Prevention
For compression of a spring use only the reliable tool.
|
2. Unscrew a lock nut in the top part of a rod of the shock-absorber. |
3. Remove a rack support, the top support of a spring, a cylindrical spring, a dustproof cover and the bottom support of a spring. |
|
Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Check a rack support on lack of wear or damages. |
2. Check rubber details on absence of damages or deterioration of their condition. |
3. Check a cylindrical spring on lack of a deflection and elasticity loss. |
|
4. Check the shock-absorber as follows:
a. undertake a hand a rod of the shock-absorber and several times press and extend it from the shock-absorber; b. check that the rod moves smoothly, without jammings, and the effort enclosed to a rod, does not change with each course; c. be convinced that when moving a rod there are no extraneous noise. |
|
Assembly
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Establish the bottom support of a spring so that its ledges entered into openings of a plate of a spring. |
2. Establish on the shock-absorber a dustproof cover. |
|
3. The special adaptation compress a spring of a rack of a forward suspension bracket. After complete compression of a spring establish it on the shock-absorber. |
4. Completely extend a rod of the shock-absorber and establish the top support of a spring and a rack support. |
|
Prevention
Combine a D-shaped opening in the top support of a spring with lysky on a shock-absorber rod.
|
|
5. Correctly arrange the top and bottom ends of a cylindrical spring, having established them in dredging, and screw самоконтрящуюся a nut, but do not tighten it finally. |
|
6. Arrange a bolt of fastening of a support of a spring so that to combine a projection of laying, as is shown in drawing. |
7. Remove the adaptation for spring compression. |
8. Tighten самоконтрящуюся a nut the demanded moment of an inhaling. Inhaling moment: 40–55 N • m
