1–B yoke;
2–yoke And;

4–shaft of yokes of inlet valves;
5–shaft of yokes of final valves.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a wide hose and the valve of ventilation of a case.
2. Remove a casing of a gear belt.
3. Uncover heads of cylinders.
4. Turn out bolts and remove assembled a shaft of yokes, yokes and springs.
	5. Turn out bolts and remove yokes from a shaft.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check ease and smoothness of rotation of a roller.

2. Check an end face of a core of the valve. If the end face of a core is worn-out or расклепан, replace the valve.

3. Check surfaces of hydraulic jacks of gaps of the valves, contacting to a valve core. If the surface is worn-out or damaged, replace hydraulic jacks of gaps of valves.

Shaft of yokes

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check shaft of yokes on absence of damages.
	2. Check purity of an opening for supply of greasing.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish yokes and springs on a shaft of yokes. Establish a shaft of yokes on a head of cylinders and fix bolts, having tightened them the demanded moment. Inhaling moment: 20–27 N • m
	2. At installation of yokes, shaft and springs pay attention to distinction between yokes And and yokes of Century.
	3. Establish a cover of a head of cylinders and fix bolts, having tightened them the demanded moment. Inhaling moment: 8–10 N • m

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Prevention Before installation of a cover of a head of cylinders put a hermetic layer on an interfaced surface of a head of cylinders.
1. Apply a thin film hermetic as, otherwise, it will be squeezed out under a cover of a head of cylinders and can break operation of the mechanism of a drive of valves.
	2. Use only hermetic No. 1212D or equivalent.
	3. Establish a casing of a gear belt. Inhaling moment: 10–12 N • m
4. Establish the air filter.
5. Establish a wide hose and the valve of ventilation of a case.
