2–holder of the canister;
3–arm of the fuel filter;
4–fuel filter;
5–hose of return of fuel;
6–pipe of return of fuel.

Removal and installation

1. Pipes should be reliably fixed by collars and clips to exclude leakages of fuel.
2. After installation of pipes and hoses, be convinced that they are not pressed.
3. Correctly lay hoses and pipes and fix them.
4. Establish collars and clips so that they did not concern any next elements of the car.


1. Check hoses and pipes on lack of cracks, an excess, deformation, aging and a contamination.
2. Check the fuel filter on lack of a contamination or damages.
3. Check the canister on lack of contaminations.
4. Check operability of the limiter of overflow (the double-thread valve) and the fuel regulating valve of cleaning.
5. Check operability of the double-thread valve, blowing it from two parties. If air passes hardly, means, the valve is serviceable.
6. Check regulating valve of cleaning as follows:

– be convinced that the temperature of cooling liquid is equal 80–95°C;
– disconnect a hose of cleaning of the carburetor and blow in it. If the valve is closed, means, its action normal. Start the engine and increase frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft to 1500–2000 mines-1 and blow in a hose. If the valve is closed, check a condition of a vacuum hose or operation of the thermovalve.
