12.12. Pumping of hydraulic system of the amplifier of a steering
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a high-voltage wire from the ignition coil. Periodically include a starter on 15-20 with and thus 5–6 times turn a steering wheel from an emphasis against the stop.
Prevention

In the course of pumping constantly add liquid that its level in a tank did not fall below a filter installation site.
If pumping to execute, when the cranked shaft of the engine does not rotate, air will be again dissolved in liquid. Be convinced that carried out pumping at the moment of a provorachivaniye of a cranked shaft of the engine.
2. Connect a high-voltage wire to the ignition coil, start up the engine and leave it to work at frequency of rotation of idling.
3. Turn a steering wheel from an emphasis against the stop several times. Check that liquid does not foam and its level did not go down.
Prevention

To exclude damages, do not hold the steering wheel turned against the stop within more than 10 seconds.
4. Check that liquid has no dairy color and its level is between labels on щупе.
5. Check that there is a little change of level of liquid at turn of a steering wheel in the left and right parties.
Prevention

If level of liquid changes considerably, repeat pumping of hydraulic system of the amplifier of a steering.
If level of liquid raises suddenly after an engine stop, means, in system still there is an air.
If in a hydraulic drive of the amplifier of a steering there is an air, at operation of the pump extraneous noise will be audible. Air in system will reduce a resource of operation of the pump and other parts.
