Electronic clock

Electronic clock has three buttons of management with the following functions:

HOUR (Hour) – Press the button "N" for installation of hours.
MIN (Minute) – Press the button "M" for installation of minutes.
RESET (Dumping) – Press the button "R" for dumping of indications of minutes on a zero. Thus:

– the pressing the button "R" between 10:30 and 11:29 changes indications at about 11:00 o'clock;
– the pressing the button "R" between 11:30 and 12:29 changes indications at about 12:00 o'clock.
