13.3. Pumping of hydraulic system of a drive of brakes with scanner use

 Any hydraulic system works normally if air is removed from it.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Uncover a compensatory tank with brake liquid.

Recommended brake liquid: DOT3
Prevention

Brake liquid dissolves paint, plastic and isolation of wires therefore at casual hit of liquid on a paint and varnish covering of the car or its components wash out them a large amount of water.
When pumping under pressure do not press a brake pedal

2. Unscrew a cover from the union of pumping and attach to it one end of a transparent hose, and other end of a hose insert into the glass capacity of sufficient volume half filled with brake liquid.
3. Connect the scanner to the diagnostic socket located under the dashboard.
4. According to the maintenance instruction of the scanner choose the corresponding parameter.
Prevention

Consider the maximum working hours of work of ABS at work with the scanner to exclude a peregoraniye of the electric motor of the pump.

1) Establish firm of the producer of the car.
2) Establish the car name.
3) Establish a mode of check of anti-blocking system of brakes
4) Establish a way of removal of air.
5) Press "yes" to involve the pump with the electric motor and the electromagnetic valve.
6) Wait 60 with before operation of removal of air as, otherwise, it is possible to damage the electric motor.
5. Slowly press a brake pedal several times. At the pressed pedal of a brake a key weaken the union of pumping and wait, brake liquid without air vials yet will not start to leave. Tighten the union of pumping and release a brake pedal.
6. Repeat a step 5 for air removal from brake mechanisms of other wheels.
7. Tighten the pumping union.
