 Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unscrew nuts and remove levers of screen wipers.
2. Uncover, located under a windscreen.
3. Remove the screen wiper engine.
4. Turn out bolts and remove the screen wiper mechanism.
5. Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.

Check of frequency of work of a screen wiper

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the socket from the screen wiper engine.
2. Additional wires connect the positive plug of the storage battery to contact of the 6th socket, and the negative plug – to contact 3.
3. Be convinced that the engine of a screen wiper works at low frequency of rotation.
4. Additional wires connect the positive plug of the storage battery to contact of the 6th socket, and the negative plug – to contact 2.
5. Be convinced that the engine of a screen wiper works at high frequency of rotation.

Check of an automatic stop of brushes in an initial condition

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn on the engine on low frequency of rotation.
2. Having disconnected a wire from contact 3 sockets, stop the engine in any situation, except the initial.
3. Connect contacts 3 and the 5th socket.
4. Additional wires connect the positive plug of the storage battery to contact of the 6th socket, and the negative plug – to contact 1.
5. Check that the engine of a screen wiper is switched off in a starting position of brushes of a screen wiper.
