Coupling and pulley of the compressor of the conditioner

1–rasporny plug;

3–excitement coil;
4–socket of the electromagnetic coupling;

7–bolt, 16,3–26,6 N • m;
8–plate;

9–conditioner compressor;
10-shaft consolidation;

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the plug of the coupling, thus a special key 09977–34000 hold the plug from a provorachivaniye.
	2. Remove the coupling and laying plug from a compressor shaft. If the plug does not act in film, screw a bolt on М8 in an opening of a shaft of the plug and for a bolt remove the plug.
	3. Remove a lock ring.
4. Remove a pulley and the bearing from a compressor shaft.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clear a working surface of the bearing of a pulley of the compressor and remove dirt and corrosion traces.
	2. Establish a pulley and the bearing on a compressor shaft.
	3. Establish a lock ring.
	4. Arrange one laying of the rasporny plug of nominal thickness in a flute of the plug and establish the plug on a compressor shaft.
	5. Establish the new plug and fix it a bolt, having tightened it the demanded moment. Inhaling moment: 10,2–15,3 N • m
Prevention Do not use pneumatic tools.
	6. Shchup check a gap of coupling of the compressor of the conditioner between the plug of coupling and a pulley. Check a gap in three points on pulley perimeter. Gap: 0,35–0,75 mm
7. If the gap differs from demanded, adjust it, having established laying of the corresponding thickness.
