15.8. Charging of central air of air


Prevention

The charging of central air of air through the party with low pressure a coolant is given in a gaseous state. When the cooling container is placed on the right side, the coolant will be included into system as steam.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Connect station of service of central air of air, as is shown in drawing.
2. Open the valve of low pressure and adjust it so that the manometer of low pressure showed pressure no more than 412 kPas.
3. Place the container with a coolant in the water which has been heated up to temperature no more 40°C to support a vapor pressure in the container a little above, than a vapor pressure in system.
4. Start the engine in a mode of the accelerated idling and turn on the conditioner.

Prevention

Be convinced that support a container rack to interfere with hit of a liquid coolant through the party with low pressure as damage of the compressor of the conditioner is thus possible.


5. Charge system precisely established quantity of a coolant and close the delivery valve.

Quantity of a coolant: 575-625 g
