15.24. Fan

1–tube of cooling of the electric motor of the fan;
2–block of resistors;
3–air inlet;
4–shaft of a zaslonka of an air inlet;

5–top case of the fan;
6–bottom case of the fan;
7–krylchatka of the fan;
8–fan electric motor;
9–cover of the electric motor of the fan.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the dashboard.
2. Disconnect sockets from the electric motor of the fan and the block of resistors.
3. Turn out nuts and remove the evaporator block.
4. Turn out 3 nuts (or bolts) fastenings of an arm of the fan.
5. Remove the fan block.
	6. Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Disconnect a tube of cooling of the electric motor of the fan.
2. Turn out three screws and remove the fan engine.
	3. Release the clamps, fixing an air inlet to the top case of the fan.
4. Remove an air inlet.
	5. An edge of a flat screw-driver release six clamps and divide the top and bottom cases of the fan.
6. Turn out two screws and remove the fan resistor.
7. Assembly is carried out in sequence, return dismantling.

Check of the engine of the fan

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Additional wires submit tension from the storage battery to contacts and the socket of the engine of the fan. If the engine of the fan rotates, means, it is serviceable.
