1–condenser tank;
2–condenser fan; 		3–bolt of fastening of the fan of the condenser;
4–condenser.

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Discharge air central air.
2. Merge cooling liquid from a radiator.
3. Turn out two bolts of the top fastening of clips of a radiator and the air inlet pipeline.
4. Remove two clips and the air inlet pipeline.
5. Disconnect from a radiator entrance and target hoses.
6. Disconnect hoses from an oil radiator of a transmission.
7. Disconnect sockets from the fan of a radiator and the condenser fan.
8. Remove assembled a radiator and the condenser.
9. Disconnect from the condenser an exhaust pipe and a tube for a coolant.
Prevention

After separation of components of central air of air immediately close connections by the corresponding covers for an exception of hit of moisture of air in system.
Be careful not to damage an exhaust pipe and a tube for a coolant.
Be careful not to damage a condenser plate.
10. Turn out two bolts of fastening of the condenser.
11. Remove the condenser.

Check of the fan of the condenser
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check operation of the fan of the condenser.
2. Check a condition of the electric socket of a plait of wires.
3. the engine of the fan rotates when giving tension 12 In on contacts of the socket of the engine of the fan.

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.
2. If condenser replacement was carried out, add in the compressor 25 of cm3 of oil.
3. Pump out, charge and check air central air.

Condenser check on the car
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check condenser plates on lack of a contamination and damage. If plates are hammered, wash out them a stream at its finest and blow the compressed air. If погнуты plates, level them пассатижами and a screw-driver.
2. Check places of connection of the condenser on absence of leaks.
